I am very happy with this Les Schwab tire center. I came here to get brake pads and rotors. After the inspection Joel the manager told me that the brake pads and rotors were okay on all 4 wheels. I had the same inspection done at Golden Rule brakes and they said that I needed to replace the rear rotors and pads. I'm so glad that I had a second opinion, it saved me over $700. I am extremely happy with Joel's honesty, he could've told me that I needed new brakes and I would've bought them. I did however purchase a new set of tires that I needed and they were a good price and done in a timely manner. No need to go anywhere else for your tires, brakes or oil changes and other services they offer. Trustworthy, kind and respectful group of employees. Extra clean restrooms too. Like Arnold said "I'll be back".

When I called in to make an appointment the person said I could just drop it off and they would most likely get to it. But because we live so far away I decided to make an appointment anyway and the we missed our appointment time due to unexpected traffic. When we arrived late, I tried to kindly state that we would like to leave the car in the hopes that they could possibly perform just a front end alignment in between appointments. Immediately we were attacked by the counter person’s poor communication skills, Womansplaining me about how alignments are done, and that our suv can’t just have the front end aligned. If I hadn’t been a mechanic my whole life (since 1986) I probably wouldn’t have taken offense but honestly she was plain rude. My wife and I could tell that she was going to do her best to make sure the alignment tech wouldn’t get to our car in the next couple hours before they close. And sure enough no alignment. The place was not busy at all. There was 4 empty bays when we arrived. Lots of staff standing around. Regardless, not friendly treatment and I will just avoid this establishment. The only service I received was lip service thanks.

Great honest service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a service done right and at your best interest. Manager Joel is the best, awesome job.

The new Les Schwab in Post Falls is amazing! I had an issue with my tire that the Seltice store misdiagnosed and after 2 attempts was unable to fix. I figured I may as well try the new location. They not only fixed the issue, the manager, Joel, took the time to come talk to me, explain what caused the issue, and apologize for the inconvenience. I had all but given up on Les Schwab and am so thankful I gave the new store a chance. My faith is renewed! Thank you Joel!

I’ve had a really good experience with Les Schwab. The staff is always friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they don’t make you feel like they’re just trying to sell you something you don’t need. They’ve always been honest with me about what my vehicle actually needs, and the work has been done right the first time. I’d definitely recommend Les Schwab to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their vehicle.
